Meet Our Admin Assistants

  • Krystal

Krystal joined our team in July of 2019 and is an administrative assistant as well as a veterinary assistant. She volunteers a couple days a week at a local cat sanctuary and spent time in the past fostering puppies. She is originally from a small town outside of Chicago, Illinois and moved to Colorado after spending time in Japan. Krystal and her husband love traveling, hiking and camping around Colorado with their 3 furry kids; Kiba - a 10 yr old black labrador retriever, Raiden - a 9 yr old DSH black and white cat, and Gracie - a 6 yr old Heeler/Australian Shepherd/Border Collie Mix.

  • Andrea Lathrop

Andrea was born in Pocatello, Idaho but spent most of her childhood moving around due to the military. In 2005 she attended PIMA Medical Institute in North Carolina  for her Vet Assistant Certification and graduated with Honors. She then married into the military and put her career on hold for 13 years while she moved around and had 3 beautifully crazy redheaded children. She went back to PIMA in 2017 and did her externship at The Banfield here in Monument, Colorado. They hired her as a vet assistant and she performed some technician work as well for a year and a half until she decided to make a change and joined us here at Fillmore as an Admin Assistant. She is currently  engaged to a wonderful and supportive man and between the two of them have 7 kids, 5 dogs, a snake, and 1 fish. They enjoy woodworking, painting, updating their house and spending time together.

  • Becca Sherman

Becca started here at Fillmore in August of 2020, after moving from the warm state of Florida, where she lived for almost 20 years. Previously she worked at a boarding facility for dogs and cats as a kennel assistant/receptionist for almost 6 years. Among her duties she cared for multiple litters of Golden Retriever puppies. Her 5 year old Golden Retriever, Breeze, is her life, along with her 3 crazy kitties. She knew as soon as she started working with animals that it was her passion in life and would not want to do anything else. She endeavors to further her education to be able to help more animals in the future.

  • Alicia Archer

Alicia was born and raised in Wyoming. She grew up doing 4H with her horses and spending her summers in Idaho with her family on the dairy farm. She has 4 kids, 4 dogs, and 1 bearded dragon. Her hobbies include hiking, fishing, camping, and bowling. She is a youth and high school bowling coach. Working with animals is her dream job
